Frankfurt ELTAF Lesson Jam

On 13th June 2015 I visited ELTAF (English Language Teachers’ Association Frankfurt) in Frankfurt am Main to hold the first lesson jam outside Berlin. After the long train journey down and a visit to a traditional Frankfurt restaurant with Liz Jolliffe  for some Krautwickel, the session kicked off with a group of 9 teachers, split into two groups. Below are some photos from the day. (Just click on the images to enlarge). As you can see, one group chose a tin of currywurst and the other a red bike light as their stimuli.

Do leave comments in the section at the end of the page if you’re inspired to teach either of these fabulous lesson plans. I hope to do so this week. Thank you to all the teachers who came along on Saturday; it was great to meet you all and fascinating to eavesdrop on your discussions! Thanks especially to Liz and Heather for inviting me and organising the day.
